hi i think this is a good piece, the lighting is great, but the hair could use some more contrast.
i don't really know how to explain this myself, so you could look for some tutorials about hair.
basically, it's like making the lowlights really dark, and the highlights really bright. also, i know the hair is meant to be
dragging through the water, but the top of the tail could be a teensy bit thicker. the ripple at the bottom of the tail is great,
but to blend the tail more into the water, you can erase the bottom a bit with a soft eraser at 20% opacity, same with the
bottom of the mane. reflection is pretty good, the opacity could be lowered, but it's good.
overall, this is a really good piece, i could never do this on an i pad XD
*sorry if i was a bit harsh, i kind of tend to do that D:
